Khalil [?], the son of Mulla Faraj Allah, claims, on behalf of his wife and Khadijah Khanum that the property, which was the shared inheritance of the two women, is in the possession of Hajar Khanum. They ask that the latter returns to them the property and any profits she has gained from it over the years.

Affidavit, 1934
Affidavit requested by Hadi Ashraf and Ibrahim Ashraf, the inheritors of Mirza Hashim, from farmers, business owners, and knowledgeable people of Sang Siyah and Kazirun Gate, to testify that Shahzadah Khanum, wife of Abu al-Qasim Abu al-Varadi, has broken into and taken possession of the room above a stable located at Sarduzak neighborhood of Shiraz, and now claims its ownership. Seven people have signed the affidavit.

Power of attorney to Sayyid Muhammad Razi over a disputed property known as Zinat Khanum (wife of Mirza Ahmad Kababi)'s land, which the client purchased from Mirza Shafi‘ forty-five years ago during Shahzadah Haji Hisam al-Saltanah's government. This property is currently seized by Aqa Naqi, the steward for the late Mirza Mir Iftikhar.

Nayyir al-Sadat's petition against Sadigh al-Tojjar
Nayyir al-Sadat bought one sixth of a garden from Sadiq al-Tujjar. She built a wall and bought water for the land. But Sadiq al-Tujjar sold the whole garden, including her share, and she had problems getting her share back.
